Lamination Plates

A high quality lamination plate is characterized by a spotless surface. Every scratch, dent or stripe lowers the achievable quality of the cards. At Schwan we are able to finish both sides of the lamination plate with a defined, consistent Roughness Value (RA) and brightness level. A high quality plate contains a steady heat conductivity and heat distribution.

Stainless Steel Plate Card Production

Stainless Steel Plates for plastic card production, for example smart cards like bank cards. Other applications are PCB, CCL etc. Available in Thickness 0.8 mm and 1 mm.

Aluminium Plate Card Production

Aluminium Plates for plastic card production, for example Inlay Cards and Pre-Lams (White Cards). To be used for light matt finished cards. Available in Thickness 0.8 mm.

Hardened Steel Plate Card Production

Hardened Plates are used for special plastic cards, for example security cards and ID-cards. The hardened surface is more resistant to scratches, which extends the lifetime of the plates. Available in Thickness 0.8 mm.

Steel Plate PCB

Steel PCB Plates are used for the lamination process of printed circuit boards. Available Thickness 1.2, 1.6, and 2 mm.
